Dream Big Artworks undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order. In order to optimize delivery, we kindly ask the customer to indicate an address where the order can be delivered during normal business hours.

 

 

1. SHIPPING ZONES

• Dream Big Artworks delivers nationwide (United States).

 

Dream Big Artworks orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday - Friday - 9 AM - 5 PM, EST). For security reasons, Dream Big Artworks will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.

 

2. SHIPPING COSTS

• Dream Big Artworks offers free shipping on all U.S. orders.

 

3. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

• Orders received Monday will ship on Friday

 

Your artwork is meticulously produced, packaged, and shipped for each order. Order processing will take place Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5.00 PM (EST). Orders are not processed on weekends and major holidays. Please keep in mind that may be extended during holidays, launches, restocks, limited edition releases and promotions.
