This return policy applies to all products purchased through:

Our return policy forms part of, and should be read in conjunction with, our terms and conditions, our privacy policy and our shipping policy. We reserve the right to change this return policy at any time.

Returns are only made once the order has arrived at its destination and has been received by the customer, no returns are made on orders that are in transit for delivery or that have not yet been delivered.

By making a purchase through the website, you declare and agree to be bound by the conditions described below. Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.
1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Customer satisfaction with our products is important to us, that's why we do returns, refunds or exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your order, please submit a return request through our contact information e-mail at chuck@dreambigartworks.com within 72 hours of receiving your order. Please note that if 72 hours have passed since the delivery of the order, and we have not received your request for refund we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Items must be in their original condition and packaging, (unmarked, unaltered and undamaged).

Any items you have accepted and then returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Therefore, please ensure that you send the item back to us using a delivery service that will insure the value of the goods. Please use original packaging when returning your product.

Dream Big Artworks reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not comply with our return policy may be sent back to the customer at their own cost.
Important: To request a return please send us your return request via our contact information and you will receive instructions on how to return the product.

Please note that if you request a return, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item and the cost of shipping the new product.
3. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We do our best to avoid any damage or defect in your products, however, if upon receipt of the product, it is defective, damaged or is the wrong product and you need to exchange the product for another product of the same reference or need a refund, please contact us through our contact e-mail at chuck@dreambigartworks.com within 72 hours upon receipt of the product. Only in these cases we will bear the shipping costs.

The request must contain the following

Proof of damage or defect of the product (photo or video).
4. PROCESSING YOUR REFUND

Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow 2 to 5 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions set forth in this policy, the package will be returned to the buyer and shipping costs will be at your expense. If your return has been accepted, you will receive a refund or, in the case of requesting an exchange for a new product, the new product will be shipped to your delivery address. If a refund is requested, it will be issued via the original payment method and will be issued within 5 business days of acceptance of the return.

Important: If the customer requests the return and refund of the product for no reason, the customer must pay the return shipping costs of the product.

If the product is damaged, defective or is the wrong product, the shipping costs of returning the product and shipping a new product to the customer will be borne by Dream Big Artworks.
