Our return policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy. We may update this policy at any time

1. GENERAL RETURN POLICY
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive your order and would like to request an exchange or return, please contact us at chuck@dreambigartworks.com
within 72 hours of delivery.

Returns cannot be requested while an order is still in transit or has not yet been delivered.
​
2. ORIGINAL ARTWORK (Non-Returnable)
Original paintings are final sale due to their one-of-a-kind nature and cannot be returned or refunded.
Shipping for Original artwork requires specialized fine-art handling and is billed separately.
Complimentary local pickup is available at our Stony Point Fashion Park gallery.

3. REBORN ORIGINALS™ & PAPER PRINTS (Made-to-Order Items)
Reborn Originals™ and paper prints are created specifically for each order. These items may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery if returned in new, undamaged condition.
Customers are responsible for:

The cost of shipping the replacement item

4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ORDERS
If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of:

The product
-
The packaging
-
Any visible damage
In these cases, Dream Big Artworks will replace the item at no cost to you, and returns are not required.
This policy applies to Reborn Originals™, paper prints, and other shipped items.

5. RETURN CONDITIONS (For Eligible Items Only)
For exchange-eligible items:

Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by Dream Big Artworks.

Use a reliable, insured shipping service when returning an item

Dream Big Artworks reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

6. REFUND PROCESSING
If a refund is approved (eligible only for defective or incorrect items):

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please allow 2–5 business days for processing once your request is accepted

Refunds are not issued for Original artwork or for made-to-order items returned for non-damage reasons.
