Dream Big Artworks undertakes to deliver products in excellent condition to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. To help ensure successful delivery, we recommend providing an address where packages can be received during normal business hours.

Dream Big Artworks currently ships throughout the United States

Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday). For security reasons, Dream Big Artworks does not ship to post office boxes or military bases and reserves the right to decline orders when the recipient or delivery address cannot be adequately verified.

3. REBORN ORIGINALS™ – ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

 

Reborn Originals™ are produced to order.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7–10 business days. Once shipped, delivery times will vary based on destination and carrier schedules.

Order processing takes place Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays. Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high demand.

 

4. ORIGINAL PAINTINGS

 

Original paintings are one-of-a-kind works of art and require individualized handling.

Following purchase, Dream Big Artworks will coordinate shipping, delivery, or local pickup arrangements based on the size of the artwork and destination.

Delivery timing varies depending on artwork size, destination, and any special handling requirements. Customers will receive shipment details and tracking information when applicable.
